We use your name, email and phone number to confirm and manage your booking, send appointment reminders and follow up after your visit. All bookings and payments are processed directly through our website. An invoice is generated for every transaction.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send appointment updates, hair inspiration and studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or contacting us directly.

Tife Hair Haven uses Instagram and TikTok to share hair content and connect with clients. Any data you share on these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control how these platforms manage your personal information.
