Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for unused products in their original packaging, returned within 14 days of purchase. Services already rendered cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made wigs, opened hair products, or discounted items are non-refundable. Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Service Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for eligibility of rescheduling or partial refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
