These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tife Hair Haven website and all services and products we offer. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Tife Hair Haven is a luxury hair studio based in Welling, Greater London, DA16 1AS. You can reach us at Tifehairhaven@gmail.com.
Bookings & Services
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Until a deposit is received, no appointment is guaranteed.
Service prices are as listed on our website and may be updated without notice. Prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured. Additional charges may apply for extra time, product usage or preparation work required.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion. If we cancel a booking, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. We may refuse service to clients who do not comply with our salon rules.
Hair Products & Shop
- All products are sold subject to availability. Where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance.
- We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimated and may vary.
- We ship to UK addresses only unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details. By making a payment, you confirm the payment method belongs to you and that sufficient funds are available.
Deposits are taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance for services is payable on the day of your appointment.
Our Liability
We take every care to provide a safe and professional service. However, Tife Hair Haven shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Pre-existing hair or scalp conditions not disclosed prior to your appointment
- Allergic reactions to products where no allergy was communicated in advance
- Hair breakage resulting from pre-existing damage, chemical treatments or improper aftercare
- Loss of personal belongings on our premises
- Delays or disruptions outside our reasonable control
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos and design — is the property of Tife Hair Haven and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our express written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
